Week 2

The second week went by quick.  I didn't do a lot.  There were only 4 days.  I am retaining a lot of the new stuff I am learning so thats a good thing.  I am scared about my midterm exams.  They are going to be here before I know it.  

The annoying non trad. student from last week annoyed me again this week.  She is from New York State and has a pretty thick accent imo, but on Friday she claimed that people thought she was from the midwest.  I took that as an insult and as politely as I could muster, I told her that she definitely did NOT sound as though she was from my part of the country. 

But despite the annoying woman I made a friend.  We bonded over our annoyance with the dumb woman from New York.  She is pretty nice and we share a common bond- She spent 6 months in Spain and she doesn't think law school is that hard yet. 

My dad is coming to see me tomorrow night.  We are going to go out to eat I think.  It should be good seeing him.  And he is bringing me some stuff I left at home which is a plus.  Im excited to see him and it gave me the push I needed to clean my house up.  Hopefully I will get all my homework done tomorrow between classes so that we can spend more time together.  It shouldn't be too hard. 

If anyone has tips on getting into a sleep schedule I am all ears!  I am having the hardest time going to bed before midnight.  Even on days that I wake up before 8.  (Yes I wake up before 8, it is pretty shocking)  Maybe I will just have to get used to napping in the car between classes...

Only 102 days left till I am for sure home for christmas vacation.  I might get in a day sooner if I can work it out!
