Week 2

Well my second week went by quickly. And so did my 4 day weekend...boohoo. I am enjoying most of my classes so far. I really can't stand Evidence but mainly because the professor just keeps repeating himself. And I LOVE Criminal Procedure. Favorite teacher and favorite class by far. I actually like the material and it just proves that I still LOVE the 4th amendment (the reason I came to law school pretty much) I want to change the world and make the Court realize that Justice Scalia is absolutely off his rocker and he should step down already...(I am also glad that Rehnquist is gone...not glad he is dead just glad he isn't CJ anymore.)

I knew I liked constitutional law...I just like to study the 4th amendment not the articles. My other class that makes my shit list is Admin Pro. I have 80 pages of reading for tomorrow. I haven't started and I can't even muster the energy to start. It's pointless. I wont retain 80 pages of knowledge unless I eat someones brains (Planet Terror reference...awful movie)

This past weekend I went out to breakfast with a friend and her visiting sister. It was a lot of fun to meet her sister and see that her family is really behind her and loves her as much as we do. Plus her sister was really relieved that my friend has so many good friends here and is in good hands. I also started my halloween costume. I am going to be a magic 8 ball. Im making it out of chicken wire and paper mache although I think that using a balance ball would be easier (its too bad that I didnt think of that until after I already bought the chicken wire though) I also went to a friends house and she cooked and we sat around gossiping and chatting. It was a lot of fun. Plus her fiance put Windows 7 on 2 of my computers and gave me a copy of it to put on my other laptop. I am super excited about this. Its supposed to be like Vista only without the bugs and work more like a Mac. I guess I will see how it does. I'm trying to learn all the cool features but I haven't had time to sit down with it yet.

Next weekend is going to be a blast..im going apple picking and I'm going to attempt to make brown bag apple pie. Hope it turns out!

I can't remember if I added my address to my last blog so here it is again...

The post office hasn't sent me a letter yet telling me what is the correct way to write it. But I am sure they will...(They did last year because I was using the wrong city..Its not my fault! My landlord told me to use Penacook not Concord)
