1st week of my 2nd year...

So the first week of the second year is over. Second week is about to bite me...

A lot has changed. I know my way around and I know some of my professors. I can read a case a little faster (although the reading seems to have grown exponentially I had 170ish pages to read for last Wednesday.) I moved out of Penacook and into Concord. I only live about 4 blocks from school now. Thats a major plus. I'm next door to my friend Ginger and across the street from my friend Karinne. Having a boy roommate is nice. He carried all of our groceries up into our second floor apartment in one trip last week. He is pretty considerate but he does have some odd quirks. He is a freak about electricity. He changed all of the bulbs in the house to energy star ones and is constantly turning off my fan. But I guess thats not too big of a deal. I could live with a mean person who insulted me or beat me up or something.

I am taking 5 classes for a total of 15 credits. I never want to take 16 again. I think 14 is probably the perfect number but I couldn't find a 2 credit class to take so 15 it is. You might think that one extra hour a week of class would be no big deal but let me tell you...its like adding 10 hours of work on. Especially since upper level classes kick you butt.
I am taking Administrative Process (dont ask, I couldn't explain the class if I tried), Professional Responsibility (basically a course on ethics), Evidence (I get to learn the Federal Rules of Evidence! yay!), Business Associations (basically a class on corporations, businesses, relationships, and law), and Criminal Procedure I (My favorite class so far, its all about the 4th and 5th amendment).

And with this 5 class schedule I have NO class on Friday!!! A three day weekend every weekend! Could it get any better? I am done at 4:45 on Thursday and don't start back up until 10:30 Monday morning.

Well I really must get back to my homework...I have class until 8:30 on Monday and Wednesday which leaves no time for reading Tuesday and Thursdays homework...

ohhh My new address in case you want to send me anything!

I'm glad you're living closer to school and your friends this year :) Good luck with all your classes! Is it looking like fall yet, or is it still too early?
